LIVERPOOL
Liverpool is set to change its kit suppliers in a new and enhanced deal.
Liverpool, currently affiliated with Nike since their transition from New Balance in 2020, is poised for a change. After four years, the club is preparing to rejoin forces with Adidas, their former kit supplier for many seasons in the past.
Starting from the 2025/26 campaign, Liverpool’s partnership with Adidas is expected to yield an increase in their earnings. While Nike currently provides a base payment of £30 million annually, this figure escalates to over £50 million per year when factoring in royalty payments. While the exact amount Adidas will offer remains undisclosed, reports suggest it will surpass the £50 million total currently received from Nike.
Despite Nike’s interest in extending their contract with Liverpool, alongside Puma’s attempts to enter the fray, Adidas has emerged as the frontrunner. This move aligns with Adidas’s recent endeavors, especially after losing the German FA deal to Nike due to a significantly improved offer.
